If you don’t want any of the package below its also possible to buy an individual sessions, the price is 750 ,- for 25 minutes. This sessions includes a body scan and guidance which include easy steps which you can do to improve your diet. The body scan is performed with an InBody machine, which gives you an analysis of muscle mass and bodyfat. This can be motivating in terms of following your progress when wanting to improve your diet.
