This is our last week of our strength block and we will do the following strength tests:
Monday: 1 RM Front Squat
Wednesday: 1 RM Squat Clean
Friday: CrossFit Total (1 RM Back Squat+1RM Strict Press+1 RM Deadlift)

During this week there will be no Pre or Post WOD to better prepare us for the tests but feel free to add the training you feel you need.

After this week we will have 3 weeks with a lot of variation before going into our Open prep block after the new year.

B, 6 Rounds for time:
8 Toes to Bar
10 Burpee to Target
3 Wall Walks
60 Double Unders
